Our highly skilled architect, is also a licensed builder, so we guide the client throughout the whole process keeping in mind the budget and complexities of building your new home.

Depending on each clients’ brief, Sydney Architect Group also tender alterations and additions projects, and project manage the construction and handover to the client. This ensures that our clients get the best value for their money, where they are taken care of, not having to worry about a potential issue arising with a builder or authority body, which in the end ultimately ends up being an efficient use of time and resources. We have a list of recommended builders, and we also tender out to new builders. Each project is diligently documented, and tendered through ABIC-SW or ABIC-MW contracts, issued through a collaboration of Royal Australian Institute of Architects and Master Builder of Australia.
